Welcome to Football Follow. By using our application, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Football Follow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Football Follow is a real-time football (soccer) fan engagement platform that provides:

• Live match tracking and scores
• Real-time chat rooms during matches
• Polls and predictions
• Team and player statistics
• Push notifications for match events

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• One account per person is allowed

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Post abusive, threatening, or hateful content in chat
• Impersonate other users or public figures
• Spam or flood chat rooms
• Share illegal or copyrighted content
• Attempt to hack or exploit the application
• Use automated bots or scripts

Violation of these rules may result in temporary or permanent banning.

5. Jeton System (Virtual Currency)

• Jetons are virtual currency used for pinning messages in chat
• Jetons are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• All Jeton purchases are final and non-refundable
• Jetons have no real-world monetary value
• We reserve the right to modify Jeton pricing and features

6. Intellectual Property

• Football Follow and its content are protected by copyright
• Match data is provided by third-party APIs
• Team logos and names are property of their respective owners
• User-generated content in chat remains the property of the user

7. Limitation of Liability

Football Follow is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Interruptions in service
• Inaccurate match data
• Loss of virtual currency (Jetons)
• User-generated content in chat rooms

8. Children's Privacy

Football Follow is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from app settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
